Orthodontist

Aisling graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2000 achieving first place in her year. She was awarded both the prestigious Gold Medal as well as the British Dental Association Medal for her academic and clinical successes.
After gaining experience in a number of different dental specialties, she joined the Orthodontic Specialist Registrar Training Programme at the Birmingham Dental Hospital. During this time she undertook a Masters in Philosophy research degree. She completed her training in 2007 and gained her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons. At this examination she was awarded the distinguished British Orthodontic Society Cases Medal for her outstanding quality of orthodontic treatment.
Aisling undertook additional higher training in orthodontics, centred on the treatment of the most complex cases. She was awarded her Intercollegiate Speciality Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons to gain Consultant status. Aisling is a registered Orthodontic Specialist on the GDC Register and has been working as a Consultant Orthodontist at Walsall Manor Hospital since 2010.
She is an Educational Supervisor and is responsible for training and mentoring trainee orthodontists. She is an invited lecturer on the West Midlands Deanery Orthodontic Training Programme. She has lectured both regionally and nationally and has presented her research at conferences.
Aisling is an experienced Invisalign Provider (Platinum Level) and now treats most of her orthodontic patients with Invisalign aligners, including children. She is a great advocate of Invisalign Teen, an Invisalign aligner specifically tailored for the treatment of children and adolescents.

Mark graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2000 and after gaining experience in a number of different dental specialities has focussed on Prosthodontics which is the branch of dentistry concerned with the replacement of teeth.
In 2005 he was accepted onto the prosthodontic postgraduate programme at Manchester University. He completed his Master degree in 2007 and his Membership of Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2011. This has enabled Mark to be entered onto the prestigious General Dental Council’s Prosthodontic specialist list and his clinical practice is now almost entirely dedicated to the placement and to the restoration of dental implants.
Whilst studying in Manchester, Mark was able to fulfil his other passion of teaching and was a clinical lecturer for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The teaching aspect within dentistry is something Mark still enjoys and regularly teaches on dental implant courses for dentists wanting to enter this field of dentistry.
On a personal note Mark is married and lives in Birmingham with his wife who he met at Bristol University and his two young children. He enjoys family walks and holidays to Gran Canaria to relax and re charge.

Bal qualified from Guys, Kings and St. Thomas’ Dental School at the University of London in 2008. Following this he went on to gain further experience working in hospital dentistry for a number of years in consultant led departments. Specifically, at King’s College Dental Institute, London, in Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Special Care and Sedation, Paediatrics and Restorative Dentistry and at Bristol in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
This gives him a broad range of knowledge and experience to deal with all aspects of oral health offering a full range of general dental treatments as well as more advanced restorative procedures, cosmetic procedures, simple orthodontics and takes on referral cases for endodontics (root canal treatments).
Bal successfully passed his MJDFRCS(Eng) and MFDSRCS(Ed) examinations to gain Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons, London in 2010 and Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2011. Bal has completed an MSc in Endodontics (Master’s degree in Root Fillings) and he treats referral cases for this in a number of practices across the Midlands.
Bal has the position of the practice’s clinical lead to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of dentistry and to support our clinicians, practice manager and wider team to achieve the best care for our patients.
Bal is extremely passionate about providing comfortable, high-quality treatment and care to his patients. As well as being a member of the British Endodontic Society, he is also a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD) and has considerable experience in treating anxious and nervous patients priding himself on patients saying he has a gentle touch and calm demeanour.

Sunny is one of the few individuals with 2 degrees within the field of Dentistry, with the most recent qualification from the University of Birmingham with Honours and Distinction in clinical Dentistry, along with the BSPD paediatric award. He believes in consistent development in order to provide the best management for clients, and has now completed his postgraduate diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics.

Outside of Dentistry, Sunny enjoys being a DJ, travelling to embrace the world's wonders and cherishing moments with his loved ones.
Dental Hygienist

After qualifying in the RAF, Sally went to work in Bermuda where she lived and worked for 8 years. On her return to the UK she continued to practice in the local area whilst bringing up her triplet children.
Sally originally joined the practice in 2000 working here until 2008 and returning in 2017 where she is enjoying imparting her many years of knowledge to enable her patients to attain the highest standard of oral health.
Dental Hygienist/Therapist

Victoria qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from the University of Birmingham in 2009. Her passion for a challenge led Victoria into Community dentistry, treating anxious patients and children where she was able to gain much experience in this environment.
Victoria has also worked as a therapist in a specialist setting for a number of years and is passionate about helping patients to achieve the optimal level of oral health. Victoria is passionate about her role and enjoys making patients feel at ease whilst taking them through their treatment journey.
Outside of work, Victoria loves to travel when possible and has two sons who keep her on her toes!
Hygienist

Teresa joined the practice in 2000 after qualifying from Bristol Dental hospital. In this time she has built up a loyal patient base inspiring patients to reach excellent oral hygiene. Teresa enjoys updating her skills and knowledge by regularly attending educational courses.
Her passion is visiting Primary schools supporting local children to understand the importance of good oral health.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her two sons.
Practice Manager

Jenna is a longstanding member of the team, originally providing nursing support for a number of years. She went on to assist with the daily running of the practice and in 2020 became our practice manager.
With her longstanding understanding of the practice, she is able to ensure our standards remain high to offer the best experience for our patients and her colleagues. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and has built some very good relationships with patients and the clinical team.
Jenna loves to hear from patients with feedback, whether good or bad, to help improve customer service.
Outside of work, Jenna loves spending time with her family, friends and cat Alfie.
Lead Receptionist
Deborah joined the practice in 2005 and is our lead receptionist, first aider and fire marshal. Deborah really enjoys her job because every day is different.
As Deborah is a long-standing member of the team, she has built some very good relationships with patients over the years and is here to help put you at ease and answer any questions should you have any concerns. She thoroughly enjoys meeting new people, and welcomes the opportunity to receive and settle our new patients into their first and subsequent visits.
Outside of work Deborah enjoys outside activities with her son Mason. She is also a keen gardener.

Rosie qualified as a Dental Nurse in January 2021 and joined the practice in June 2022. Rosie works alongside Bal, Mark and Aisling for a variety of specialist treatments. In her spare time, Rosie is currently renovating her first home she shares with her fiancé as well as socialising with friends and family.

Sohbia qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2013 and joined the practice in January 2024. Sohbia works with our Sunny, assisting alongside him for a variety of treatments. In her spare time, Sohbia likes running, bike riding, hiking, and spending time with her husband and 3 children.
Trainee DENTAL NURSE
Emily joined the practice in August 2022 as a trainee Dental Nurse.
Emily works with our hygienist Victoria and is currently working towards a recognised dental nurse qualification.
Emily is a qualified makeup artist and in her spare time she if often doing make up for weddings as well as spending time with her family and her boyfriend’s dog.
